YeSTErdaY NiTe WAs A TortuRe...
I have this knee prob...since i was abt 4years old...there is this pain in my knee...i dun noe how to discribe the pain...sometime, its jus a mild pain...sometime...it will ache..till i can't even walk...(too painful...so no strengh to walk) the pain now and than still come...sometime..once a month or more...i cannot run...otherwise, on the day itself or next day my knee will hurt...
yesterday be4 i went to sleep...my knee was already hurtin...i apply some chinese ointment...not long aft i felt asleep...my knee hurt again...i tried to control the pain...and continued to sleep...but the pain got WoRST!!!
i couldn't sleep from 1-4am...due to the pain...i kept turnin and shiftin...to make myself feel better...but it was futile.....i was extremely ExhUAstED!!! due to the pain...i didn't get to sleep...
so i got up....and apply...couterpain...gave my knee a gd massage...than went back to bed...
HAiZ....Plus i HAd LoTs of WeiRD...DReaM....i woke up...feelin like shit...cos it felt like...i didn't sleep at all...
NvM...i'll get a gd nite rest tonite...
I'm only left wit TEN more days oF HoliDAY... :(
