EXERCISE

it has been a long time since i last exercised. emm...maybe not never exercise for long time...is i've not have muscle ache for a long time...

yesterday(sat)there was a combined youth program at botanical garden..youth from sevenday adventist church all over singapore..we were divided into groups, and went to different stations to complete challenges. we walked a lot...when we were on the way home, our feet were so sore...but i had a great time..so fun.after the activities, a few of us took a bus to orchard for dinner, at subway. chicken teriyaki!! parmesan, no olives, extra onion with sweet onion sauce..yummy!!

i used to work at science park subway (not science center). after satisfying our stomachs, we went to draw money, and some went home. left with4ppl, brian,joel, my bro and myself. we wanted to go cineleisure, but thinking there won't be any place to sit,we jus sat outside mandarin hotel chit chat, and played cards.so fun.

today, after cell leader meeting at city hall during lunch hour, i went down to jurong east to meet brian,joel,zeng ming, joyce and my bro to play basketball. i've not played basketball for abt 2years. i feel so old. it was a really gd workout.

brian,joel,zeng ming played against three other ppl. it was a friendly match.

aft that match. four boys around our age, wanted to play with four of us, so the 4guys played with them 4against4..those strangers were very fiece, they tried to look pro..but when they start playing, you could see that they weren't really gd. we won the first round, so those stranger were so pissed off, and wanted a second match, but they still lost..hahaha.so lousy..aft all the fun we went to zeng ming house(10 mins walk)to wash up,and each of us got two ang pow haha..yeah..total$18...
