FASTING!!!today i fast from 7am to 7pmit might be chicken feet for some people, but for me it's TOUGH, really tough.i had a long day today. On fri usually i end class at 12pm, four hr lecture from 8am-12pm.which was already quite tiring. today class ended at 5pm, because i had 3hrs of extra lesson for plant science. about 4pm i was feeling alittle giddy, my legs were like jelly...the moment i step into the house, a scent of fragrance invited me, my stomach produced more gastric juice, making me more hungry. i couldn't wait till 7pm to eat, i ate at 6.35pm...*sob*what a failure...i can't stand the hunger for any longer, i was feeling weak and giddy, my hands were shaking from hunger.now i'm full and satisfied...hehe...today i went to buy a packet of anchovy, wasabi peas, satay broad bean, peanut cracker...yummy yummy...anchovy-omega 3...they serve as "brain food" to lubricate the nerve connections that allow mood-regualting neurotransmitters to carry clearer messages.wasabi peas-protein...protein perks us up by releasing tyrosine to our brain to up our levels of these neurotransmitters.broad bean-protein, magnesium...helps in the production of neurotransmitters to relax the mind and relieve premenstrual mood swings.fatigue, irritability and mood swings could be signs of a magnesium deficiency.peanut cracker-unknown...haha
